Who We Are
ExecuShip arranges vehicle transport across the United States from our office at 8625 Frontage Rd in Skokie, IL. We are a licensed broker (USDOT 3252893, MC 1024087), which means we do not own trucks; we select the carrier that will. That selection is the whole job, and we hold carriers to standards for safety, conduct, experience and customer satisfaction that go past what the regulations ask for.
Raising the Bar
The team brings more than 20 years of transportation management to every file. What that experience produced is a short list of commitments:
- Transparency. The rate is on screen before you give us anything beyond a way to reach you, and an advisor confirms it before dispatch.
- One advisor. The same person handles your move from estimate to delivery and monitors the shipment while it moves.
- Vetted carriers only. Authority, safety record and cargo coverage are checked on the specific carrier before your vehicle is assigned.
- Dispatch without a scratch. If the carrier's insurer denies a documented claim, we reimburse your service fee or the repair, whichever is less. Conditions apply.
- Once a customer, always a customer. Post-delivery support does not stop when the balance is paid.
- Reachable. Extended hours, seven days a year-round. Call or text.
How We Price
Most of the industry quotes from a zone chart, takes a deposit, then revises the number once a carrier bids. We price the real road distance with a tiered per-mile rate that falls on longer runs, add a $195 base and any vehicle-class adjustment, and show it. Estimates reflect open-carrier, door-to-door service. Enclosed transport adds a flat $500. Final rate confirmed before dispatch. No payment is taken until a carrier has accepted your vehicle.
