This policy describes what ExecuShip Auto Transport ("ExecuShip", "we") collects through execuship.com, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Rate requests. Your name, email, phone, where the vehicle is and where it is going, what it is, when you want it moved, and any notes you add. Submitting a request is required to see an estimate.
- Usage data. Standard analytics: pages viewed, referring site, browser, approximate location from IP address.
- Communications. Records of calls, texts and emails with our advisors about your shipment.
How we use it
- To price, arrange and monitor your vehicle transport.
- To contact you about a request you submitted, by phone, text or email.
- To give the assigned carrier what it needs to perform the move: addresses, a contact number and a vehicle description.
- To improve the site and the estimator.
Text messaging
When you submit a request or call or text us, you agree to receive text messages from ExecuShip about that request. How often we text depends on your shipment. Standard carrier charges for messages and data can apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it beyond the carrier assigned to your shipment and the providers that host this site and deliver our email and text messages.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies and, where enabled, analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the estimator still works.
Retention and your rights
Requests are kept for as long as needed to service the shipment and meet record-keeping obligations. You may ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing wecare@execuship.com.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly gather information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
